this is concerning the Division 4 players.

Hey guys, first game is over. lets not talk about it anymore. good or bad, lets put it aside. let get back to something serious.

I'm obviously talking about the attitude you're giving to your team manager, Dosh, and also to your team coordinator, marcus, and also to the team.
As you all know, it's not easy to form this club. mainly because of financial part. But you guys gave your words that you guys are willing to be part of this team and you guys have the same wish, to be the champs and be promoted to div 3 and slowly move up as a team.
But i can honestly tell you, not being harsh or anything, it will never ever happen if the attitude of the team remains like this.

About your jersey issues, you guys had been given a warning by the match secretary on your first game.
Even me, not playing in this NYP Ravens, i know the details.
I know wats happening, those discussion and stuff.
if simple things like,
getting a piece of white cloth,
and a black marker,
and drawing your selected number on that piece of white cloth,
and pinning it to the front of a white shirt using safety pin,
and using black shorts,
and using black socks,
you guys cant do, then having some seniors or a coach to guide you all is useless because you guys wont listen anyway.
there is a reason for using black shorts and socks.
: the reason is because, that is the easiest colour to get and everyone have. even if you dont have, you can take the initiative to go and borrow.

and many of you guys are complaining about jerseys. kept on asking marcus, where's the jersey?
how to even get jersey when you guys never even pay half of the $60 dollars.
i knows it's a big sum of money, but 5 dollars a day can atleast clear half.
such things called downpayment.
and i know it's not fair for the rest who paid that full amount of $60.

so i came out with a plan. those who paid atleast half($30) will get their jersey.
those who paid full $60 dollars, they will get it FIRST!
for the rest, you wont get yours until pay $30 or more.
it is cruel but, you guys are being unfair to those who forked out $60.
there is no more such things like, transfer $15 to marcus. $30 or no jersey, u guys choose.
the decision is yours.
it is not easy to be the team manager and be the coordinator of something. they have to do the dirty things. admin stuff. while you guys just play.
think about it.
do it for the team.

One Team One Sound.
if you guys remember, school team or league team, we remain as one team.

Div 4 Club & Info On IVP Selection

Hi guys. Few things to take note.

Firstly, players who are part of the Div 4 club listen up.

Our first game was a good experience for us and good way to have enjoy the first taste of a competitive league match. Surely it will help us improve and more. Onto the next urgent issue we have. As you all know our Jersey problem is not yet solved.

Jenmark they all have found a cheap jersey for roughly $8 +. Printing will cost $2 +. Meaning, the jersey will cost more than $10. Therefore, if you want your jersey you got to transfer the $15 or pass it to marcus asap.

I think all of you guys agree the jersey problem did not help our preparations for the league game so we have to settle it quickly.

Conclusion is that, pay up the full amount $60 hopefully by this week and we can get the jersey and finish the season. If you're REALLY REALLY hard on cash make sure you at least pay $45. This is urgent yeah so make it quick.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next, Jenmark was at our Div 4 match yesterday and according to him our trainings will be on

Tuesday - Night
Wednesday - Night
Sat - Morning

Timing not 100% confirm yet but this is the rough outline. Leave these days free.

How Chong has posted on the tagboard and i'll do a quote of what he said.

How Chong: Hi Guys, I will selecting the IVP squad on 20th Dec. On a separate note, Alvin will be my assistant coach and he will down on wed to conduct the training. His inputs will be part of my selection consideration

Div 4 Club Jersey & Updates

Right, guys. The Div 4 league as i posted early will start on 13th Dec 08. It's less than a wk away.

We will have to wear a jersey in order to play. Since we do not have enough funds for the jersey, we will go ahead with another plan. Follow these steps:

1. Get a WHITE shirt (any kind)
2. Get a PIECE OF WHITE CLOTH
3. On the cloth write your NUMBER
4. Cut cloth into size of those marathon number you pin on your shirt
5. Get safety pins and pin the number onto shirt.
6. Just 1 side with cloth is enough

That's it. It's a cost efficient way to get a "jersey" so make do with it.

Lastly, those who have not paid up the full amount of even half. Please do so. If you fail to pay up to at LEAST $30, don't expect much as well. You pay what you get. Sounds harsh but no choice la.

Shiok
